Award winning French guitarist Edith Pageaud tours Australia this June and July, bringing her acclaimed solo recital to regional audiences. A prodigy who began at seven and trained at the Paris CRR, she has since won top prizes across Europe. Her program moves from the meditative sound world of Philip Glass to the Baroque colours of Biber, the lyricism of Schubert, and the spiritual intensity of Messiaen.
